WIN – A PERSON TO CHRIST (Mark 16:15)  

You may begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ by praying this salvation poem with your heart and mouth. (Romans 10:10)
“Jesus You died upon the cross,” (Romans 5:8)
“And rose again to save the lost,” (John 3:16)
“Forgive me now of all my sins,” (1 John 1:9)
“Come be my Savior, Lord, and Friend,” (Romans 10:9)

DISCIPLE – A PERSON IN CHRIST (Matthew 28:19-20)

  • Sunday Worship Services 
    • 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM - NT study with full children’s ministry (Children are in the sanctuary for the 1st two worship songs, then taken to check-in by parent during the break)
    • 5:30pm prayer service with childcare 

  • Wednesday Night Summer Services 
    • Fellowship time will begin at 5:00 PM. The coffee shop will be open, but we will not be serving a full meal. You are still welcome and encouraged to bring treats or snacks to share with everyone!  Bible Study will begin at 6:30 PM.
    • Agape meals will resume September 9th!

  • Acts 2:46 Discipleship – Men’s, Women’s & Couple’s Ministries
    • It is our desire that every person within the body would participate in the discipleship relationship at Horizon, in obedience to Matthew 28:19-20.  Check out our app under Discipleship or visit  horizonlacrosse.org/discipleship for more information and to sign up.

  • School of Ministry –  Romans Class begins September 8!

SEND – A PERSON FOR CHRIST (Acts 1:8)  

  • Volunteer Application – As the Lord stirs up your heart and gives the desire to overflow, the purpose of this volunteer application is that we might get to know one another, and through prayer seek God's direction on how we can serve together in unity. (Amos 3:3) 

  • Children’s Ministry – AWANA IS COMING SEPT 9!!! 
    • Please register your children for AWANA on the app or follow this link: Register Here
    • Our children’s ministry is growing, and we are seeking volunteers to serve.  Email Josh Bjerke & Rachael Chrisman at children@horizonlacrosse.org 

  • Door Greeters/Gatekeepers – Serve the body by holding the door, welcoming, loving, directing, and protecting God's flock. Email Wayne Schmeckpeper at schmeck35@gmail.com

  • Prevailing Through Prayer – Pray  through the teaching with us during 1st service  in the Chapel Room.  Any are welcome to join, no application required.  Email questions to Jeff Ellis at Jellis777@gmail.com

UPCOMING EVENTS – AN OVERFLOW (Acts 6:1-7)

  • Trail Life – August 31, 6pm will be the family open house for the upcoming Trail Life year. Trail Life is for Boys ages 5-17.

  • Youth Group – Starting September 9,  7 PM – 8 PM. All youth ages 13-18 are welcome to join our youth group in the Chapel Classroom for a time in the Word, fellowship and fun during our Wednesday night teachings.   We plan to continue out Youth Outreach Nights as well on the 2nd Fridays of the month, Sept 11, 7 PM - 10 PM.

  • Young Adults Night – September 25, 7 PM - 10 PM ,  Ages 18-35 Join us for Fellowship, Coffee, Games and a time in the Word, we will be going through the Discipleship Questions sent out each week.

  • Newcomer’s Lunch – September 27, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM, if you’re new or would just like to get to know us more, stick around after Second Service for some fellowship & food!
